In-Home Injection Services

• $500 per injection
• Accepted Payment Methods: Zelle, Venmo, or cash
• Fee must be paid in advance.
• Service will only be provided once the payment has cleared.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation with 24+ hours notice.
• Same-day cancellation: $50 fee deducted from refund

Rescheduling Policy

• If the client refuses service, up to two additional attempts will be provided, with a $50 rescheduling fee per attempt.
• After the third attempt, no refund will be provided.
• No refunds after the service is provided.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate medical history (including allergies/contraindications).
• Ensure the medication is available at the appointment unless arranged otherwise.
• Understand that the provider is not responsible for medical reactions beyond standard nursing care.
